Why are there two output cables on the Hi-Line Lighting 400W / 500W / 600W 24V LED drivers, and can I use each cable to power two separate LED strip lights of the same wattage?

The two output cables on the Hi-Line Lighting 400W / 500W / 600W 24V LED drivers are designed to offer flexibility in distributing power to multiple LED strip lights. They're wired in parallel, which allows for splitting the total power output of the driver across different lights, particularly useful in setups where the lights are dispersed.

However, it's important to note that these two cables do not double the total power output. For example, if you're using a 600W driver, the overall power available remains at 600W, regardless of whether one or both output cables are used. You can certainly use both cables to distribute power, but the total wattage of the lights should not exceed the driver's output.

If you choose to use only one cable, please ensure the unused one is correctly isolated to prevent potential short circuits. The driver's total power output remains fixed at its rated power (400W, 500W, or 600W) irrespective of the number of cables you use.
