Can I send an email to request a call back?

While we do receive and respond to emails, we have implemented a more effective way for you to request a call back. This service is specially designed for our professional customers, installers, and trade clients, and it's powered by Calendly, a leading scheduling software. 


You can access this service either directly through our website by clicking the 'bubble' icon on the bottom right side, which opens a widget menu with a 'Request Callback' button, or by using our dedicated Calendly link: https://calendly.com/hiline-lighting/callback


When you click 'Request Callback' or use the provided Calendly link, you'll be directed to our Calendly page where you can select a convenient 15-minute slot for us to return your call. The dates and times shown will automatically reflect our availability, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.


For our valued retail customers, while the call back service is not currently available, we'd like to assure you that there are other efficient ways to get in touch with us. You can use the same widget on our website to explore additional contact methods, such as sending us an email or submitting an online ticket form. Our commitment to providing timely and effective customer service remains the same, and we will respond to your requests as soon as possible.
