Payment Options for Retail and Trade Customers

Q1: Do you accept cash for orders?

A1: No, we don't accept cash. All orders must be placed online. For online payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. For customers who have received their Proforma Invoice (PI) or have requested to pay in this way, additional payment options include Apple Pay, easy bank transfer, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay. Please note that these methods should be pre-arranged as per your invoice or request.

Q2: As a trade customer or a customer with a trade account, can I pay by bank for my proforma invoice?

A2: Yes, customers with trade accounts who have received their proforma invoice can choose to pay by bank transfer.

Alternatively, they can also request a payment link for other methods such as Apple Pay, easy bank transfer, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay. Please note, these methods should be pre-arranged in response to your invoice or upon request.
