A1: If LED profiles are longer than 1 metre, they aren't available for next day delivery. Even 1-metre profiles might not be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery due to limitations with most courier services. For these orders, we utilise FedEx.

A2: The delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days. However, our website specifies a 3 to 5 day delivery time frame to prevent disappointment in the event of unforeseen delays.
Q3: If I need a part of my order urgently, what are my options?
A3: If a portion of your order doesn't include LED aluminium profiles and you require it urgently, you may place two separate orders. This way, the non-LED profile items can be dispatched for next-day delivery, if needed.
