LED Controller has stopped working.

Modified on Fri, 2 Jun, 2023 at 3:56 PM

Occasionally, we receive calls or emails from customers informing us that our LED controllers and or/remotes have ceased to operate. 9 out of 10 times this is resolved by replacing the battery in the hand remote, so that it can communicate with the controller again. Before contacting us, please ensure that fresh batteries are fitted, as this can avoid the need of posting items back to us and awaiting a reply.

Should the issue persist, then we would suggest returning the remote and perhaps the controller, so that we can test both and rule out one over the other and replace any faulty units. If we receive fully working units, we will return them in good time.
