Objective: The goal was to provide comprehensive and uniform lighting for a lightbox with specific dimensions of 5 meters in length, 1 meter in height, and 100mm in depth, using Hi-Line's advanced HL-OEL LED modules. Product Specifications and Configuration:
- LED Modules:
- HL-OEL006 Modules: Each module is 42cm in length, with a power specification of 15W at 24V. For this project, 22 units were used in total, distributed as 11 per 5m side. HL-OEL006 Product Link

- Accessories for Installation:

Technical Considerations and Solutions:
- Module Length and Installation:
- The length of the HL-OEL006 and HL-OEL005 modules (42cm and 35cm respectively) was crucial in achieving near-complete coverage of the 5m side of the lightbox.
- A combination of these modules was used to effectively cover the length while maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of the lightbox.
- Series Connection Limit:
- To adhere to the maximum series connection limit of 10 modules, the installation was divided into two separate circuits on each side.
- Power Distribution:
- Powering the longer series from both ends was essential to prevent voltage drop.
- For the shorter series (with fewer modules), powering from one end was sufficient.
- Customization and Flexibility:
- The project demonstrated the ability to customize the module arrangement to fit the specific dimensions of the lightbox.
- The use of HL-OEL-J200MM Jumper Extension Wires was suggested for flexibility in module placement, especially when navigating structural elements within the lightbox.
Outcome: The project resulted in a lightbox that was evenly and brightly illuminated, meeting the client's requirements for both visual appeal and lighting performance.
